Author Bio:

Wonchul Shin is a professor of literature at Samcheok National University in South Korea. He has translated the poems of W.B. Yeats into Korean, and written extensively on English-language poets, including Gerard Manley Hopkins and Gary Snyder. His book of poetry, A Tree’s Fingertips, was published in 2003.



Steven J. Stewart has been awarded two Literature Fellowships for Translation by the National Endowment for the Arts. Devoured by the Moon (Hanging Loose Press, 2004), his book translating work by the Spanish poet Rafael Pérez Estrada, was a finalist for the 2005 PEN-USA translation award.

Allan Peterson is the author of six full length poetry collections and eight chapbooks. His poetry has appeared widely in such venues as The Nation, Paris Review, Gettysburg Review, and A Public Space.
